My Story
Peggy Choudhry, a local politician, A Business Owner, and most importantly a MOM. As a politician she defied all odds and shook up the political landscape in 2016. She ran for office for the first time and emerged victorious, defeating a two-term incumbent. Commissioner Peggy Choudhry has proven to be a force to be reckoned with. From day one in office, Commissioner Choudhry hit the ground running, fueled by her commitment to amplifying the voices of the people. Peggy loves dedicating time to creating ways to teach others to Successfully Run for Office. There are many people that would make amazing politicians and she wants to find them. Just because no one you know ever ran for office or knows anything about it does not mean you cannot win your first race.
Beyond her role as a Commissioner, Peggy Choudhry is a true multitasker. She actively runs a successful Real Estate portfolio and a Property Management Company. Furthermore, she dedicates her time providing education to our youth in the community involving them in many community events and teaching them about local government and the importance of being a policy maker.
